Job summary

Gulf Winds International, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee the Houston terminal operations, including dispatch oversight, driver retention, and performance of the scheduling plan. You will manage margins, costs, and ELD compliance while driving process improvements.

Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service and Sales to support drivers and customers. Lead a transportation team, coach staff, manage KPI performance, and ensure safety and quality of service while

Qualifications

• Prior management experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of transportation industry and logistics.
• Familiar with owner-operator model and driver pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations with dispatchers and schedulers.
• Set priorities for dispatchers and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage driver retention, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Ensure safety, ELD compliance, and KPI achievement.
