Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of the dispatch plan with the team.
• Set priorities for dispatchers and coordinate with safety and service teams.
• Drive driver retention, onboarding, and relationship management with contractors.
• Manage P&L, costs and margins to improve terminal profitability.
• Lead process improvements and ensure KPI achievement for the terminal.
• Collaborate with key accounts, sales, and recruitment to support operations.
