Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of the plan with dispatchers and schedulers.
• Set daily priorities for the dispatch team.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service and Sales.
• Manage driver retention, scheduling, costs, and margins.
• Monitor KPIs, assets, and capacity to meet customer needs.
