Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation or logistics
• Experience with dispatch and scheduling processes
• Familiarity with owner-operator business models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations and execution of the dispatch plan.
• Set priorities for dispatchers and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service, and Sales to support drivers and customers.
• Manage driver costs and productivity; monitor KPIs and margins.
• Ensure compliance with ELDs and company policies; drive process improvements.
