Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations and scheduling.
• Set priorities for dispatchers and coordinate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Manage P&L, costs and margins to improve terminal profitability.
• Drive driver retention and ensure excellent service to drivers and customers.
