USTA Pacific Northwest is seeking RecTennis Instructors and Site Directors to deliver safe, engaging tennis programs at local parks and schools. Positions are part-time, hourly, seasonal and on-call, with pay in the $17–$22 per hour range depending on city and role.

Instructors will provide ongoing instruction, manage site flow, and collaborate with the Regional Manager of Recreational Tennis to serve youth, teens, adults, and families while ensuring all safety and program standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching tennis is preferred.
• Dependability, communication skills, and an excellent work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, safe, and fun learning environment for all participants.
• Communicate professionally with parents, partners, and community organizers.
• Implement program curriculum and provide on-going instruction at program sites.
• Ensure equipment setup and take down; transport may be required depending on location.
• Check attendance and parent sign-off at session end.
• Stay at site until all participants are picked up by authorized personnel.
• Perform marketing tasks as needed (flyers, events).
• Represent and support USTA PNW facilities and NetGeneration products.
