Job summary

USTA Pacific Northwest is seeking RecTennis Instructors and Site Directors to deliver engaging tennis programs at local parks and schools. Roles are part-time, hourly, non-exempt, seasonal, and on-call, with pay ranging from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour depending on city and role.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching tennis is preferred.
• Instructors can be an employee of any age over 14 generally. To act as a Site Director the employee must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, safe, and fun learning environment for all participants.
• Communicate professionally with parents, partners, and community organizers.
• Implement program curriculum and provide on-going instruction and expertise at program sites.
• Ensure equipment set-up and take down for each session; transport equipment if needed.
• Check attendance and obtain parent sign-off at session end.
• Stay at site until participants are picked up.
• Perform marketing tasks as needed (flyers, events).
• Represent USTA PNW and NetGeneration products at sites.
• Follow USTA PNW procedures and safety protocols.
