Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, safety and driving sales. As a temporary member of the management team, you will assume Manager On Duty responsibilities during peak periods.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will train associates, support onboarding, and collaborate with the leadership team to uphold Five Below’s customer-first standards and brand experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations, cash management and merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
• Train and onboard associates; support store policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage store operations and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock organization; assist with stock receiving.
