Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to ensure outstanding customer experiences while supporting front-end operations, merchandising, and daily store management. This temporary role includes covering Manager on Duty duties, cash handling, and team leadership during peak periods.

You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, supervise stock, assist with receiving, and help open/close procedures while maintaining store safety and performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Coordinates opening/closing and cash security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs general store maintenance and safety tasks.
