Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to assist with front end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and driving sales. This temporary role involves taking on Manager On Duty responsibilities during assigned shifts.

You will help manage store operations, train associates, and support leadership during peak periods or a leave of absence. This role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the floor.
• Take Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts.
• Open/close store operations including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
