Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to assist in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and daily store tasks while taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

This temporary leadership role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to train associates and drive sales during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service at checkout and floor.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and supports operations.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Opens/closes store, handles cash, alarms, and security.
