Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to ensure outstanding customer experiences and manage front-end operations. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and support store leadership during peak periods or absences.

You will also take on Manager on Duty duties, oversee merchandising, safety, and cash processes while driving sales and staff performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal engagement and service.
• Oversee daily store operations and customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.
