Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to guide front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and safety, while driving sales during peak periods. The role includes covering Manager On Duty shifts and helping shape a WOW customer experience across the store.

You will train associates, oversee daily activities, and partner with the leadership team to optimize merchandising and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the best customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff.
