Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join the store leadership team. This temporary role blends hands-on customer service with front-end operations, cash handling, and merchandising responsibilities to keep the store running smoothly.

As Manager on Duty during shifts, you’ll train crew, drive sales, oversee stock, and support onboarding. It’s a leadership position designed to develop supervisory experience during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage front end operations and cash handling.
• Oversee daily store activities and guest service.
• Train crew on customer service standards.
• Assist with stock receiving and merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Open/close store procedures and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training.
• Drive sales and control expenses.
