Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for its community maintenance team. The role requires daily onsite presence to perform routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance in line with property objectives under supervision.

You will handle make-ready units, groundkeeping, and resident service requests while maintaining safety, OSHA rules, and fair housing compliance. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular/daily onsite maintenance and make-ready units and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Provide swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Deliver strong customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
