Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for on-site maintenance across properties. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks and daily upkeep of common areas and exteriors.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and adherence to OSHA guidelines. You’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks and routine on-site duties under supervision.
• Maintain exterior of the community, common areas, and pools; manage logs and safety practices.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Follow safety standards and policies, including OSHA guidelines, and assist in inspections as requested.
