Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site communities with preventive, corrective, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. The role includes make-ready work for units, repairs, and safety compliance across common areas and facilities, including pool care and chemical logs.

You will respond to resident and management requests, help maintain inventory and safety programs, and participate in on-call emergencies, upholding Asset Living's standards of service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and make-ready tasks for community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain swimming pool area and chemical logs according to regulations.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and safety improvements.
• Assist in inventory management and safety program administration.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage as needed.
