Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Indianapolis to contribute to store efficiency and customer experience. You will greet clients, assist with purchases, and help maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor while supporting stockroom operations and shipments.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer‑service mindset, and prior retail experience, ideally in luxury retail. Flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and peak periods, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS, internet).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
