Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, maintain a well‑stocked floor, and support the flow from receipt to sale. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service and accurate POS transactions.

The role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, and strong communication skills in English; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred, luxury retail ok.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, iPad/laptop use, Mobile POS and Internet; read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand in-store and on social media engagement.
• Operate POS, manage cash wrap, and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer info where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
