Job summary

Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases on the sales floor, and maintain stock and merchandising integrity. You will act as a brand ambassador, operate POS systems accurately, and support shipment processing while upholding loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests and collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
