Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury or cashier/stock roles.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Ability to operate POS, read price sheets, and use iPad/laptop.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and provide exceptional customer service.
