Coach is a global fashion house based in New York with a long heritage in luxury retail. We are seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to help drive store success, provide exceptional service, and maintain an organized sales floor.

In this role you will handle POS transactions, stock processing, and customer engagement while supporting the team with merchandise and store operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies
• Manage stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
