Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in a luxury retail setting. You will warmly greet clients, provide personalized service, and act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the local market. You’ll manage POS transactions, stock movement, and visual merchandising to ensure a premium shopping experience.

The role requires retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexibility for a varied schedule is expected to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop, POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized service.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
