Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency (EU note).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and drive purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Handle daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; welcome feedback and stay professional.
