Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences, meet sales goals, and support store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build client relationships, and use POS/mobile tools to capture data and close sales. A flexible schedule includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience with POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Luxury retail background is preferred; EU English OK.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support daily store operations and assist teammates as required.
• Foster collaboration and participate in brand initiatives.
