Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will cultivate lasting client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and attentive service across in-store and online channels.

You will support daily store operations using POS, clienteling, and omni-channel tools, build relationships, and collaborate with the team to drive brand

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS, basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy and experience with live demos is a plus.
• Experience with clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/shop KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; support inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
