Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending in-store service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

As a front-line ambassador, you will build client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Flexibility for schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lb, up to 50 lb.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
