Coach, a global luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in brand initiatives, training, and feedback loops.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to build brand loyalty and drive revenue. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech.
• Ability to lift 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
