Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house rooted in New York, offering a luxury in-store experience. As a Sales Support Associate you will welcome clients, operate the POS, manage stock and merchandising, and act as a brand ambassador in the local market.

You will support customers with warmth, process shipments, and help maintain a pristine sales floor. Excellent English, retail experience, and knowledge of POS systems are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English language skills.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
