You will help with stock flow from receipt to point of sale, supporting brand standards and a premium customer experience. Ideal candidates bring retail or luxury service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or luxury service environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic computer use including iPad/laptop and Internet.
• Ability to read price sheets and release materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards; collect customer data when allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and stock levels; update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer needs.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and housekeeping standards.
