Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work in general office, data entry, or related work.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as described (Two years of college coursework equals one year).
• Experience in state executive branch or administrative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants by phone, email, and written correspondence to guide licensure requirements.
• Review licensure applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules.
• Enter and maintain records in electronic licensing systems and databases.
• Process licensure fees and issue licenses and certificates.
• Advise applicants on procedures and identify missing information; draft correspondence.
• Respond to high volumes of inquiries regarding licensure, relocation, or continuing education requirements.
• Provide license verification support and assist with board meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support licensing operations.
