Job summary

NC State University Creamery is seeking a team member to manage daily operations and customer interactions, including order fulfillment and maintaining cleanliness during shifts from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. This role requires speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or food service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, or carry materials.
• Ability to occasionally work in cold indoor conditions.

• Ability to continuously work with others.

Overview

A team member is responsible for daily operations of the Creamery.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment (weekends and prime weekday hours). Speed and accuracy are a must! Communicate with customers, fill orders and clean following set list throughout the shift.

Work Schedule

Includes weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts. Hours range from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with variations due to operational needs.
