Job summary

NC State University Creamery is seeking a team member to manage daily operations and customer interactions, including order fulfillment and maintaining cleanliness during shifts from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. This role requires speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or food service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and/or food service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, or carry materials.
• Ability to occasionally work in cold indoor conditions.
• Ability to work around chemicals and wet, slippery floors or surfaces.
• Ability to continuously work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment; communicate with customers, fill orders and clean following set list throughout the shift.
