Job summary

University of North Carolina Wilmington seeks a Gift Processor to research and process gifts, registrations and data, ensuring data integrity within advancement software. The role requires understanding financial accounting within databases and donor tools.

You will manage daily deposit transmittals, update donor records, process recurring gifts, issue receipts, and ensure accurate gift entry and matching against pledges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar relational database.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; gift processing experience in Raiser's Edge and GiveCampus.
• Higher Education experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the preparation of daily deposit transmittals; reconciles daily transmittals.
• Identifies and processes address and biographical information changes into the database.
• Manages the process for recurring gifts into advancement software including those received for payroll deduction.
• Manages the process for creating official gift receipts.
• Manages the process for entering online gifts and matching gifts to pledges.
