Job summary

Life University seeks an Advancement Services Manager to lead gift processing, acknowledgments, and report generation within the University Advancement office. You will ensure accurate recording of cash gifts, stock donations, and pledges in Raiser's Edge and coordinate with the Finance Office for reconciliations.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Admin or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in gift processing.
• Strong Raiser’s Edge queries, exports and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle gift processing, recording and acknowledgments in Raiser's Edge.
• Reconcile batches and prepare daily deposit; issue tax receipts per IRS guidelines.
• Maintain donor records and stewardship programs; update pledge files and generate letters.
