Meals on Wheels People seeks an On-Call Gift Processor to support holiday giving season fundraising efforts. You will process and record charitable contributions, generate receipts, and maintain donor records to ensure accurate accounting and donor satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with donor databases like Raiser's Edge NXT. Flexible scheduling and mission-driven teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in gift processing or fundraising administration preferred.
• Knowledge of donor databases and data accuracy.
• Understanding of charitable gift accounting and IRS receipt requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and record charitable contributions in Raiser's Edge and Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Generate gift receipts and donor acknowledgements on time.
• Maintain donor records and conduct month-end reconciliation with Finance.
