Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks an Advancement Services Coordinator to support fundraising operations. You will process diverse gifts, ensuring timely donor acknowledgments and accurate donor records within Raiser’s Edge NXT.

You will collaborate with the Foundation Development team and data staff, manage data quality and confidentiality, and support礼 gift processing workflows including Omatic imports and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience as a gift processor in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a relational database and strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of IRS charitable giving rules is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and record charitable gifts (cash, stock, wires, gifts-in-kind, donor advised funds, IRAs, planned gifts) in RENXT.
• Prepare accurate donor acknowledgments within 24–48 hours of receipt.
• Maintain biographical and giving records across RENXT and other systems.
• Run Omatic imports and support data quality and confidentiality.
