Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning meetings with account teams and customers.
• Test and support attendee registration websites (Cvent & Lenos).
• Manage attendee lists and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate hotel room blocks, inventory, reporting, and extensions.
• Create and deliver internal and customer-facing reports.
• Respond to attendee questions via phone and email.
