• 4–6 years in event marketing or related roles.
• Proven ownership of events from strategy to measurement.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop KPIs and measure ROI.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience managing event budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own planning and execution of client-facing, member-facing, and industry events.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement through events and sponsorships.
• Lead end-to-end event management from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics including registration, venue, food/beverage, and staffing.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Account Management, Product/Tech to align objectives.
• Establish event KPIs and develop post-event analyses showing ROI.
