FIRST is seeking an Event Technology Coordinator to support registration websites, apps, and database management for global client events. You will ensure data accuracy, create lists, and assist the delivery team with event coordination.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in attendee data management or event tech, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid NYC-based role with occasional travel and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Attendee Data Management and Event Technology experience or internship preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support event registration websites, apps, and all tech aspects of events.
• Manage databases to ensure data accuracy and generate lists.
• Communicate with clients and respond to queries within SLAs.
• Coordinate name badges, signage, and attendee materials.
• Lead onsite registration and train temporary staff.
