Job summary

Direct Travel is seeking a Registration Manager to oversee attendee experiences across pre-planning, execution, and post-program activities. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure data integrity and seamless on-site and virtual experiences.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage registration databases, generate reports, and collaborate with Program Managers to deliver personalized materials and timely program deliverables while leading internal registration teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages registration database to maintain data integrity
• Produces and maintains reports and manifests as needed
• Collaborates with Program Manager and other internal team members to ensure data is aligned with program needs
• Partners with internal departments to manage program deliverables pertaining to website build and Travel Services airline ticketing
• Creates timelines for tasks specific to registration in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Ensures quality, synchronicity, and on-time delivery of all program deliverables
• On-site attendee experience management if on-site for program execution
• Acts as main contact for hotel room requirements and manages all aspects of hotel room block including attrition deadlines, special requests, etc.
