Diversified HQ in Portland, Maine, is seeking a Registration Coordinator to ensure a smooth attendee experience from online registration to on-site check-in. You’ll build and maintain registration sites, partner with vendors, and collaborate with event teams company-wide.

This role involves turning data into decisions with custom reports, assisting with invoices and financial docs, plus running on-site registration logistics and staffing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional office experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Cvent (or similar) registration platforms; Workfront/Smartsheet/Jira a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Flexible team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain online event registration pages.
• Shape registration strategy with event teams and vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for registration questions.
• Generate custom registration reports and assist with invoicing.
• Run onsite registration and manage layouts and equipment needs.
• Lead onsite staffing and coordinate with agencies.
• Maintain vendor relationships for registration support.
• Provide technical assistance for event apps and train staff.
