Job summary

Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) seeks a Temporary Computer Lab/Help Desk Technician to assist students, faculty, and staff with technology issues and to support lab and media services with equipment setups. Up to 28 hours per week, shifts may vary.

Responsibilities include providing Help Desk phone support, performing password resets, and logging work in the ticketing system from the assigned campus location in Nashville.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining and answering questions about technology equipment.
• Proficiency in a variety of computer applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk phone support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Assist with setup and delivery of technology equipment for classrooms, offices, and campus events.
• Perform password resets and log work in the ticketing system.
