Job summary

The position is full‑time, non‑exempt, with standard weekday hours; some travel to off-campus sites may be required. A post-secondary IT diploma or certs plus 2+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with IT diploma or CompTIA A+ and Network+ certs (or com­parable experience).
• Minimum 2 years in networking, helpdesk, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows/Mac/Linux, mobile devices, server management, Intune/Entra/Azure identities, network gear and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain computers and networks; provide in-person/remote support.
• Assist with security measures to align with TBR policies.
• Help with inventory, tickets, and network equipment maintenance.
