Job summary

Havel is seeking a Temperature Controls Sales Representative to drive sales of building automation add-ons, upgrades, and installations to General Growth Properties with innovative solutions and timely quotations.

You will quote, estimate costs, and manage margins while traveling regularly to meet clients and close deals, ensuring profitability for the division and contributing to our continued growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record.
• We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
• Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
• Proven record of sales capabilities.
• Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
• Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
• Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
• Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
