Job summary

Havel is seeking a Temperature Controls Service Project Sales Manager responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients.

You will develop technical relationships with customers, expand sales for existing contract customers, identify opportunities, and convert leads into contracts while coordinating with facility managers, project teams and purchasing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial-based sales, estimation and construction project management.
• Knowledge of building automation and HVAC-R systems.
• Excellent people and communication skills with ability to persuade and close sales.
• Proficient with computers and common software.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers.
• Expand sales for existing contract customers.
• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action.
• Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer’s organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent.
• Successfully maintains an acceptable rate of new sales.
• Other duties assigned.
