EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Temperature Controls Sales Representative to sell building automation add-ons, upgrades and installations to General Growth Properties. You will provide innovative solutions, timely quotations and accurate estimates to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, competitive costing, and disciplined execution with strong communication and organizational skills. Occasional travel and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.
• We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
• Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
• Proven record of sales capabilities.
• Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Responsabilidades

• Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
• Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
• Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
• Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.
