The role emphasizes achieving gross margins, competitive costing, and profitability while managing multiple projects and commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and estimation capabilities, preferably in temperature controls, electrical systems, HVAC, or construction.
• Must have excellent people and communication skills and ability to persuade and close sales.
• Willing to travel on a regular basis.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
• Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide competitive advantage.
• Control total costs to keep the division profitable.
• Maintain monthly planning calendar to track projects.
• Other duties assigned.
