Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch through administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

You will handle full-cycle recruitment, attend job fairs, ensure policy compliance, and maintain positive community partnerships while delivering a compassionate, reliable candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site events, builds partnerships with the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on staffing needs.
• Manages applicant tracking software and data entry in payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinates required trainings and certs, and conducts periodic audits of employee files.
