Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch through full-cycle recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, and compliance. You will recruit, interview, and coordinate background checks while building partnerships in the community.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or HR experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Confidential information handling.
• Ability to work independently and with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch in job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds partnerships in the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies.
• Enhances candidate experience and maintains SLAs.
• Diversifies outreach on social media and job platforms.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams for staffing needs.
• Uses applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and completes data entry in payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinates trainings and ensures team member certification requirements.
